FANFARE FOR A FESTIVAL is dedicated to the National Youth Wind Orchestra 2012 for the 17th Conference of the Asia Pacific Band Directors' Association Opening Ceremony, La Salle SIA Theatre, Singapore.

Premiered by the National Youth Wind Orchestra Brass Ensemble, conducted by Mr. ITO Yasuhide.
